Ivik

Meet Ivik, a character that I rigged for a student film at SCAD Atlanta called One Last Adventure. The film had a low-poly style, which meant that I had to work to get a lot of functionality out of relatively little geometry. There were a few interesting setups that I had to figure out to meet the animators' needs, including an automated wiggle for his tail, a control setup for the tail that behaves like IK when translating but FK while rotating, and keeping his eyes properly constrained to his face within an appropriate range of motion.
