Based on the titular character of the Ori video games, this rig was a personal project of mine for practicing my character modeling skills and exploring new rigging challenges. In particular, I got to work on incorporating dynamic simulations into a rig for the first time, as well as more advanced ribbon setups and a digitigrade leg setup. This rig offers a higher degree of control than any I've built before, with many options to allow an animator to work with it however they prefer. It is designed to be a flexible, adaptable rig to work with.
All aspects (other than the original character design) were done by me.
Software Used: Autodesk Maya, Zbrush, Adobe 3D Substance Painter
